Returns Policy
At Zam’s Couture, we are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase, whether you shop online or visit our showroom. We only accept returns for one exchange or store credit in cases where you have received the wrong item or if the item was damaged upon arrival. To begin a return, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your dress to obtain a return authorisation number.
We can only accept returns of items in their original condition. Please ensure that the dress is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free from lint and hair, and has all original tags and attachments intact. Once we receive your returned dress and verify its condition, we will either send you an exchange if available or provide you with a store credit number. Please note that we cannot accept returns for dresses that have been worn, damaged, or altered in any way. Jewellery purchased from us is not returnable.
Store credit can be used towards the purchase of any item online or in-store and expires 30 days from the date of issue.

Items That Cannot Be Returned:
- Customised dresses that are made to order cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes any dresses that have been altered, modified, or personalised to suit your individual style or preferences.
- Final Sale Items.
- Please note that we do not accept any returns or exchanges without prior confirmation.
Sizing or Fitting Issues:
At Zam’s Couture, some products are made to order, with production commencing only after payment has been successfully processed in our banking system. Due to the handmade nature of our craftsmanship, each piece may exhibit slight variations in details such as colour shades, stitching, lace patterns, and bead or diamante work. While we strive for the closest possible replication of the displayed design, an exact match cannot be guaranteed.
For our custom-made gowns, which are hand-sewn and custom-tailored to your provided specifications, please note that items fitting correctly according to these measurements cannot be returned or exchanged if they do not align with personal preferences. We recommend consulting a local tailor at your own expense for any additional adjustments. Rest assured, every garment is crafted with meticulous attention to detail and exceptional precision to create a sophisticated, near-identical representation of the showcased design.
Defective, Damaged, or Mis-Shipped Items:
For defective, damaged, or mis-shipped items (items that were not the ones ordered), the issue must be reported within 3 days of receiving the shipment. Please provide credible pictures or videos showing the defect, damage, or proof of mis-shipment during your return request. Once verified, you can return the items with our authorisation. Return shipping fees will be paid by you.
You will receive a replacement or shop credit for defective, damaged, or mis-shipped items. Please note that shipping and handling fees will not be refunded for any returns.
Order Changes and Cancellations:
Our order and shipping systems are designed to process and ship orders quickly and efficiently. It’s important to note that our dresses are made to order, and the tailoring process begins as soon as an order is placed and paid for. If you would like to make changes to your order, please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. For any changes you request, corresponding fees may be charged.
Colour Accuracy Disclaimer:
At Zam’s Couture, we strive to display product colours as accurately as possible across our social media platforms. However, please keep in mind that screen settings on different devices, such as monitors, tablets, and phones, along with brightness adjustments, may cause slight variations. Therefore, the colours shown on your screen may not exactly match the actual product.
Shipping Returns:
To return your product, please mail it to the address provided in the email confirming your exchange request. Our team is happy to assist and guide you through the next steps.
Please note that you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Shipping times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
The customer is responsible for returning the item via a reliable courier service within 24 hours of return approval. A tracking number must be provided to us once the item has been shipped back.
