Veils Policy
Returns:
We are unable to accept returns. However, if you encounter any issues with your items, please contact us at enquiries@zamscouture.com. We’re always happy to discuss your concerns and find a solution.
Defects:
Each veil undergoes thorough inspection 3-4 times during quality control, and we photograph every product before shipping. If you believe you’ve received a defective item, please email us at enquiries@zamscouture.com with your order number and a photo of the product. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Changed Your Mind:
We do not accept returns due to change of mind or if the product doesn’t meet your expectations. Please carefully review product descriptions, dimensions, and specifications before making a purchase.
Veil Matching:
Ensure that the veil you choose complements your dress. We do not accept returns if the veil doesn’t match your dress specifications.
Wrong Length:
It is the customer’s responsibility to select the correct veil length. Returns are not accepted for items ordered in the wrong length.
Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for all shipping and import fees associated with their order.
