Dress Hire Policy (UK Customers Only)
1. Booking & Payment
- Full rental fee and a refundable deposit must be paid at the time of booking.
- Bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable, unless stated otherwise.
- The deposit amount varies by dress and is refunded upon successful return, subject to inspection.
2. Hire Period
- Standard hire periods: 4, 8, or 16 days, unless otherwise agreed.
- Late returns will incur a £10 daily late fee, deducted from the deposit.
3. Delivery & Collection
- Customers can choose home delivery or in-store collection.
- Delivery costs are additional, unless stated otherwise.
- Customers must inspect the dress and report any issues within 24 hours of receiving it.
4. Care & Responsibility
- Dresses must be handled with care—avoid stains, tears, or alterations.
- Do not attempt to clean the dress; we handle professional cleaning.
- Significant damage, loss, or unreturned dresses may result in loss of deposit and additional charges.
5. Sizing & Fit
- Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before hiring.
- No refunds or exchanges will be issued for incorrect sizing unless due to an error on our part.
- Some dresses may include adjustable features (e.g., corset backs), but alterations are strictly prohibited.
6. Returns & Deposit Refund
- Dresses must be returned by the agreed date using recorded delivery for security or via in-store drop-off.
- Deposits will be refunded within 5-7 business days, subject to inspection.
- Deductions may apply for late returns, damage, or missing accessories.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made 7+ days before the hire start date may be eligible for a partial refund.
- Cancellations within 7 days of hire are non-refundable.
- Refunds for deposits are only processed after a successful dress inspection.
8. Additional Terms
- By hiring a dress, the customer agrees to these terms.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who fails to comply with our policy.
- The company is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., postal strikes, natural disasters).
